"I just wanted to add a short note of thanks to the service techs that did this work and in particular Charlie, who ended up spending a good deal of time on the phone with me. WIth our home up for sale and showings in the near future the last thing we needed were major problems (real or perceived) with the pool and the guys at Advanced made sure that did not happen. In the span of less than 24 hours after my filter had sprung a leak I was walked through a process of shutting down the pool and draining some lines to ensure that pipes did not freeze (temps were predicted in the low to mid 20's that evening), and a new top was placed on the filter and we were back in business and the pool was running great. During this time I also received several phone calls from the guys at Advanced with updates on the work and instructions for restarting the system. Quite honestly, the service from Advanced has always been good, with quick turn around of phone calls and service always on the day it is promised, but this time it was clearly above and beyond what one would expect. Having worked with other pool companies until I found Advanced I can confidently say with anyone but you, the story would not have been the same. When we sell our home you can be sure that your company will be at the top of the list of who we recommend to the new owners.
